Reiki accelerates the bodies ability to heal itself. Reiki has numerous benefits and has transformed many aspects of my life. Everything is energy, even us, and Reiki can be given to everything that is living and non living. When our energy is flowing well, we are balanced and healthy and being the best we can be. When our energy is blocked, it can bring emotional, mental and health debilities.
