REIKI TREATMENTS
Reiki treatments can take place on a couch or a chair, it is important for you to be in the most comfortable position for you, so that you can fully relax during your treatment.
Reiki can be given as a 'hands-on' or 'hands-off' treatment, and Reiki treatments are carried out with you being fully clothed, and only needing to remove your shoes.
Once you are comfortable and happy to proceed, Reiki energy will then flow to you, with the Practitioner being a facilitator for the Reiki energy to flow, bringing balance to your body, mind, soul and spirit.
